REB Awards 2022 - Elevate Residential - Finalists in the ‘Social and Community Service Program of the Year’ Category

Elevate Residential are extremely pleased to be recognised as a finalist in the 2022 REB Awards in the ‘Social and Community Service Program of the Year’ category. The finalist list, which was announced on Tuesday, 30 November, features over 290  high-achieving professionals across 33 submission-based categories.

Elevate Residential’s Principal Licensee Chris Meadmore said the team was very pleased with the nomination, particularly as it supported the work the agency does in assisting those in housing need.

“We all know the critical importance of housing and currently there is a chronic shortage of safe, stable and affordable housing for those that need it most. Our ‘profit for purpose’ real estate agency, Elevate Residential was created to assist in addressing this complex issue.

“We are focused on achieving market-focused, exceptional results for investors and property owners, however, we are also driven by our mandate to support the community, particularly those in need of housing.

“Being nominated by the REB for our community program is incredibly exciting for our team and our supporters- it recognises the hard work we do and motivates us to continue to grow so that we can continue to contribute to great social outcomes.”

All profits that Elevate generates are directed to charitable partner, BHC to support the work they do in providing safe and affordable homes for Queenslanders in housing need. This financial year, at least 400 Brisbane households will benefit from the BHC Impact Fund, which is a $150,000 investment in services or programs to assist those in financial hardship.
