Elevate Residential
Brisbane’s Social Enterprise Real Estate Agency

But what is a Social Enterprise?

Social Enterprises are businesses that are created to build a fairer and more sustainable world. Three common elements include:

  1. A defined primary social, cultural or environmental purpose consistent with a community benefit.
  2. A substantial portion of income is derived from trade.
  3. Efforts and resources are invested back into the business ‘purpose’ such that public/community benefit outweighs private benefit.

Is Elevate Residential a Social Enterprise?

Yes, absolutely!

We were intentionally created as a business to generate revenue to contribute to positive social outcomes.

How does Elevate contribute to positive social outcomes?

Elevate contributes 100% of profit commissions to our charitable partner, BHC.  BHC is a charity that exists to provide affordable housing and create life-changing opportunities for people in need across Brisbane.

These funds go directly to the BHC Impact Fund. The BHC Impact Fund is an annual commitment of a minimum of $150,000 that allows BHC to identify and directly fund initiatives to create positive outcomes for their residents and their communities. Learn more about BHC’s Impact Fund.
