OUR PARTNERS
Brisbane Housing Company (BHC) is our charitable partner, and all profits from commissions generated at Elevate Residential are passed on to the BHC Impact Fund. This fund is an annual commitment of a minimum of $150,000 that allows BHC to identify and directly find initiatives that create positive outcomes for their residents and their communities.
BHC achieve this through the delivery of critical affordable homes and life-changing opportunities for people in need. Since 2002, BHC has developed more than 1,800 affordable homes in key locations across Brisbane and assisted more than 7,500 households to access safe and secure housing.

Elevate Residential is an accredited agency with the REIQ. As a Brisbane-based social enterprise we are proud to be members of the Queensland Social Enterprise Council and we are a certified social enterprise with Social Traders.
