For existing properties, we will manage the entire process for you and your current tenants and rental payments will not be impacted.

Our professional property management team will arrange for the tenant to be notified, a property inspection completed and all the documentation and keys to be collected from your previous agent.
Please note: you will not be required to correspond with your current agency during this process.
