Putting my family home onto the rental market was not an easy decision but putting it with Paige Browning and Elevate Residential was not hard at all. Paige has kept in touch with me for many years and when it was time to launch it onto the rental market she walked me through everything and really helped me to understand all the things that I needed to do to make it easy to transition from living in the property to a tenant moving in. Once it was advertised it went quickly to a lovely group of tenants that we feel are really going to look after the home.

Our home is an executive home with a few aspects that are different than you normal rental with solar panels remaining in our name, partly furnished and pool maintenance which Paige has really helped to explain and get across the line. The routine inspections occurring every 3 months is also a benefit so we know that things are being taken care of and it is just peace of mind knowing that a team that understand us and our home are looking after things! We recently made the move to Paige Browning at Elevate Residential and could not have been happier.
