Faith Williams

Faith Williams is a senior property manager in Elevate’s highly respected property management team. Faith commenced her career in property management on the Sunshine Coast in 2003 and over that time has gained 19 years’ experience working in both Queensland and Melbourne.

Faith has a fun, but focused flair for property management and enjoys working for a company that allows her to build strong and long-lasting relationships with her customers and clients. As a long-term investment owner herself, Faith understands the value of good communication and has a transparent approach to the management of properties in her care.

Recognised for excellence amongst her peers – Faith was listed as one of the top 20 individual property managers in Victoria in 2017 & 2018 and most recently was a Top 3 finalist for Property Manager of the Year for 2020 and 2021. But most importantly, being recognised by her clients – Faith was able to achieve #1 Property Management Agency for her area 2 years in a row on Rate My Agent which is judged on the reviews and recommendations of landlords and tenants.

Outside of work, Faith is a keen home cook, a dog lover and guitar player and is a co-owner of a small business run by her husband.
