Will inspections, open homes and new property sign-ups now recommence?

Inspections and sign-ups will recommence following the conclusion of the lockdown period. Please be assured that when we undertake any of these activities, we will be observing all recommended health and safety requirements, including mask wearing at all times whilst in a property, hand sanitisation and social distancing.

In respect of open homes, we will be implementing the following measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties:

  • Prospective tenants will be required to use our private booking system (accessible via the property listing) to secure a potential viewing of the property. Please note there will be restrictions on numbers at each property.
  • Masks will be mandatory and required to be worn at all times by all parties and social distancing observed.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and will continue to update you with any further Government advice as it is released.
